The Runt
God bless the Mighty Runt. This one goes out for TRN.
DM: Ain't that the truth. Was hoping you would catch this tune. After listening to this umpteen jillion times today, I've half-talked myself into growing my hair out again, catch up to the Resident Youth who long passed his shoulders.
First heard TR with his late 60s band Nazz and on into the 70s. Turned into quite a techno-geek, which was about the time I dropped off the wagon. This cool groove is from his 2004 cd Liars: a nice return by the Runt.
Well, Anon, that Runty throwdown was a bit of a tease to see if you might be inclined to come out from behind that anonymous mask of yours. You're under no obligation, of course, and for all I know "you" may be more than one person (aren't we all?), but I assure you that I am too far down the road of a new life to harbor anything but good feelings about some very very good times. If you have your reasons for staying Anon I certainly understand, and if you are truly anonymous and I'm just talking out my ass, then, well, I'm just talking out my ass.
But, if you are indeed TRN (or any one or many of the circle), then I am surely Leroy Boy, son. And I wish you very well. All of y'all.

I didn't notice the hair, but I loved the music.

Loved the sound and not at all opposed to the hair length but the color is a bit...odd.
Dee: I like the deeper register in his (TR's) voice these days. Hear some Stevie Wonder echoes in there.
Leroy Boy, is that you....TRN
