i shall never ever grow so old again: segues du breton
馬友友 was at Harvard the same time I was, a year or two behind me. I like the collisions in this bretonesque series of segues. Maxwell be just too kool for hisself. Lays down a fine groove.
it was rockin' man. I had my lunch with it, and it kept on going, so I read a good book while listening on. I did like Maxwell.
Very cool about the Ma Yo Yo at Havad when you were there. My only claim to fame is that my freshman year roommate at Georgetown tutored Patrick Ewing (basketball player for the New York Knicks after graduation). Not nearly so cool as Friend Ma in the house.
T: Claims is claims, and I believe your degrees of separation ratio is considerably more robust than mine with 馬友友. That ratio puts you in tight with all his/your other Hoya bruthas - Mutombo, Zo Mourning, and the Answer Hisself.
Oh I wrote an enormous comment but it was deleted. :( Anyway, that was a lovely set to get me through the evening. Especially loved the first song, so powerful.
DM: Don't you hate it when that happens! I'm sad, too, but I'm sure your words are in the ether and can still be felt. Glad you liked the set: Plant and Krauss - what a great combination...
Today I don't mind re-writing it. It's just that when that happens my impatience takes the better of me. I was saying I had Maxwell's Ascension in one of my playlists from playlist.com. I wonder if you've been there recently because now it includes videos but most of the audio isn't available anymore, at least for me.
DM: I noticed the video option the last time I was there, but didn't click anything; it seemed a little redundant to me: if I want vids, I just head straight for YouTube. I haven't yet noticed any track unavailability.

So good to hear from you.
Maybe it's only for Portugal - WWW is fun and liberal but I get discriminated all the time. lol
DM, they're just jealous of all of you speaking the most awesome language on the planet...
