one word you and me: assume

possibility
assiduous possibility
the orange quilt
in the back 40
the rollover minutes
squelching the dreams
of the five and dimers
down the tripsomatic
cast iron
skilletheads
visually bursting
with
times new roman
and the new
comic sans
a revolution a
revelation
on the order
of
the new world
passersby in
straining diapers
congregationalists
of
the naked eye.

banners be lovely as a revelation on the order of the new world. banners visually bursting with great type faces. banners that let us assume all kinds of possibilities and roles, we can be passersby in straining diapers (full of bs perhaps??), we can be congregationalists or optimists with bright orange quilts making love in the back 40 in the summer of '69. or we can be pessimists who don't like old rollover minutes and feel our dreams squelched when we have to use anything less than brand spanking new cast iron skillets. there are so many things that we can take up, we can never assume, you and me, that we can see them all with the naked eye.

this is a delightful bit of babble, Murat. Love the terms 'congregationalists of the naked eye' and 'passersby in straining diapers'. those words just made my day.

Nicely done, Teresa: This one was tesseracting across seemingly oceanic leaps, and I certainly haven't a clue. Apropos of nada, I counted up all the summer's oneworders: this one makes 51: not a bad haul for a summer hiatus.

I was rolling through, enjoying the Muravian scenery and then the comments - the comments!
expected space - might be a prompt there.

You are prolific in the summer heat. Will you continue daily when the Instituto is in session or just pick and choose the choicest morsels?

Expected Space
for Dee

When the heart
nudges
audience aroused
fine tuning
the rhythms
felt in
the gathering
suns, the weathered
distances
shaved, karma
completely relaxed,
& just as
expectation takes
hold
the answer closes
in the kiss.

Teresa: No predictions. These are a nice way to round the day, but who knows what else is in store round the bend...
