Too much time at the Instituto looking at the small faces of the college prep preppers the eternally young scions of the hoi polloi, the hoidy doidy (I always that it was toity) in their polyester paisley and calomine duck boot waders giving you an itch, Murat? Are you deveolping an allergy to your job of instigating, pushing, shoving, enabling, and envisioning better days for your students? That would really be too bad!!!
T: It's toity and hoity, of course: the "d" cousins were used for effect, almost a little howdy doody thrown in.
No itch, though I love the song "Itchycoo Park." If there is conflict chronicled here, it's in the inner dance hall dance between love and belief and trust and faith and growth and the cauldron of the day to days that sometimes obscures the beauty all around.
Aah. Where would Texans be if they can't say "howdy"?
Glad you don't have an itch to leave the Instituto. I was a little worried at some comment you made about counting the days to Thanksgiving on another post this week. It's very soul-shriveling to be engaged day to day in something one cannot stand.
No, indeed. What I'm commenting on is the incredible speed at which the school year flies. The love is there: I'm there into my dotage.
that's a long way away! Glad that time flies so fast for you as you're having fun.
