This is another great effort. I love the imagery of the inferno. "Carrion overload" brings to mind buzzards on a dead tree waiting until the effect of the raspas wears off and the bacchus on the back wall kicks in and the last gasp is breathed in the suffocating humidity. "Gargantua in the mist!"

Teresa: Memo to Alighieri: next time, include the raspas. Humid, in my experience, can mean but one thing: New Orleans in August. On a ivy-draped wall in my backyard in NOLA, I hung a wonderful concrete head of Bacchus from a a magical shop in a courtyard down in the Quarter.

And here I was thinking a wall draped with grape vines... didn't know you had a literal Bacchus head there for your bacchanalias.
