Lee: If I recall, they were in the $40-50 range: absent the $80,000 service fee charges, of course. Her new CD Theology is out and available for sampling at Amazon. Full versions of some of the album's songs are at her myspace site, along with an introductory video. I enjoyed this interview, too:
