poem: picture pay no

slithey twins
gaslight variations
we
ambled the halls in
winsome glory

the anonymity of passion

transfixed by turtle
punctuations, i
came this
close
to choosing,
in the world wars of
adolescence
the vision quest
turns all
twiggy on you,
calling out
the names
of all
your last
morsels,
if you take,
by all means
take
till the drooping hens
gather your tiny
dancers
for all the bands
to see. i
vary the reasons

i missed that call,
the pages turned,
the love & perfection,

concoctions of the netherworlds,

you best leave
that one
in the pandora
she be
one
tittering little thang
take the rest of you
&
boogie round
the palace
with missy's tidiest
of tidies,
her gave
at the office,
prime time

major motion picture

pay no attention
to the golden woks
the shaolin footsies
&
all they
innocent,
amply riddled,

crustacean

ballyhoo.

Did the msg get you at a Chinese restaurant?? Shaolin footsies in golden woks with crackling stir-fried crustacean ballyhoo. It would definitely be a great box office hit!! Jet Li as a kung fu cook making turtle soup and other great creations.

I found a couple of really good Chinese restaurants hidden in unpromising strip malls around here lately. One of them even has excellent tea packaged and for sale at an affordable price. My life is complete!! Nothing beats Chinese cooking... mmmmm and kung fu cooking just adds more spicy flavor!

jaberwocky rambles with Elton John and slow passions...hmmm
Heard this morning that he is a dad.
comparing adolescence to WW makes perfect sense lol and Twiggy needed to eat more than a morsel.
For some reason the drooping hens made me sad, though - as though they were presenting the reason for their droopage. Pandora's box more tempting in adolescence, no fear for the future then - it stretched on to eternity. Boogie around the palace made me think of after Christmas UNdecorating and cleaning up and then off to see a movie. There are plenty of pearls in this crustacean ballyhoo :)
More reading to do later - I have skimmed but wanted more time to think and comment!

Dee: Slow passions? Adolescent passion, the spur for this ditty, was pure tsunami, not that the speed or intensity have diminished even in the 57-year-old's body, wherein still lurks something never so aged. Music magicks the time travel better than anything, and whooop, there we is. The drooping hens is pure fancy: sure ain't drooping hennishness twixt the two of us.

this made me laugh, oh my haha
yes there was time travel happening and more - all the bands...Beatles, Elton John, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young (faves forever), I was hearing music all the way through this. In the process of cleaning out to make room for a new tv that does more than we shall ever figure out, daughter found all my old cds and I think a few may have been kidnapped to her dorm..

Dee: Kidnapping most worthy, I'm sure. As long as you can borry them back, eh?
